Oregano Toast & Feta

  • Ciabatta Flour
  • Water
  • Olive Oil
  • Oregano herbs
  • Feta

Method

  1. Add the Ciabatta Flour in to a mixing bowl
  2. Add water and oil
  3. Knead the dough for 10 mins
  4. Then place in the bowl and leave to rise for 20 mins.
  5. Shape Dough in to a loaf shape
  6. Flour a baking tray
  7. Place in oven at 200 degrees for approx 30 mins
  8. Leave to cool then slice
  9. Place slices on to a griddle pan and brush over with Olive oil and sprinkle Oregano herbs. Turn after 5 mins and repeat.
  10. Serve with diced Feta Cheese.

What a yummy snack!
