Well-being. That is a very important element as far as living life as much as you can is concerned, believe it or not, it’s not too difficult to understand because when we talk about well-being, what e are really talking about is just essentially being more than just happy.
By all means, don’t dismiss the fact that happiness is a part of well-being (it’d be very daft to think it isn’t let me tell you…) but that’s not the whole idea of what well-being is about, it’s juts a small part if anything else. Oh the joys of learning about life…
There are many different emotions that make up overall well-being, such as confidence and enjoyment. Self-confidence and self-esteem are essential ingredients to making sure you well-being is up to scratch. Just think of it like this guys, having good well-being in your mindset doesn’t stop difficult situations or feelings coming up for you, I’d be lying if I said it did stop that (and I want to be truthful, you can trust me, right?… Right?… Please…), but having a good well-being in your mindset will make coping with difficult situations or feelings that much easier because you’ll be more tougher mentally with a good well-being inside of you.
There are many things you can do to sport a positive well-being, such as being active (something that gets your energy going, even something as simple as a walk counts!), connect with those around you (friends, family, neighbors, etc), be mindful (mindfulness basically, remember when I blogged about that? Déjà Vu!), amongst other things of course.
So, by all means, go out there, try new things, live life, have fun, basically, go nuts with getting a positive mindset!
