Mushroom Soup


  • Mushrooms
  • Vegetable stock
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 2 chopped Onions


  1. Chop Mushrooms and Onions
  2. Add Olive oil in to a pan and fry off mushrooms and onions
  3. Crush garlic cloves and add to pan
  4. Add Vegetable stock once the mushrooms and onions have softened.
  5. Add salt and pepper
  6. Blitz with a hand blender and leave to simmer for 10 mins
  7. Serve with home made bread.

This soup is set to warm you up on these cold winter nights and it tastes amazing & is a healthy version too
