• Mushrooms
  • Fresh Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • New Potatoes
  • Tinned chopped tomatoes
  • Chorizo sausage
  • Salt & Pepper


  • Boil the new potatoes for 25 mins
  • Chop potatoes in to quarters and add a tin of chopped tomato and add seasoning and warm through in a pan
  • Fry off mushrooms with olive oil and two gloves of crushed garlic till soft
  • Cook chorizo sausage and slice
  • Enjoy

Tappas is so popular but why is it? Well, the benefit of tapas is you get to try different things mixed together but the best bit is you get to share it with your loved ones. What a get talking point! This way of eating is all about the experience rather than the quantities and when you are healthy eating this meal is a real treat!
