  • 8 Chicken Drumsticks
  • 3 cups of cornflakes
  • Half a cup of Olive oil
  • Tsp Chopped Chillies
  • Tsp Paprika
  • Tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Slices of Brown Bread
  • Salt
  • 4 large potatoes
  • Piri Piri seasoning


  1. Wash and dry chicken drumsticks and place foil around the end
  2. Put olive oil in a bowl and add the chopped chilies, paprika, black pepper and a pinch of salt.
  3. Blend the cornflakes and bread slices and place in a bowl.
  4. Coat the drumsticks in the olive oil mixture and  drip and coat in the cornflake & bread mix. Use your hands to ensure the drumsticks are completely covered.
  5. Place on a baking tray and place in the oven on 180 degrees for 20 mins then removed and turn over for a final 25 mins.
  6. Slice potatoes
  7. Coat in olive oil and sprinkle the piri piri
  8. Enjoy!
