Red Pepper Dip/Soup


  • 4 Red Peppers
  • Basil
  • Oregano
  • 2 tblsps Olive oil


  1. Place whole peppers in to an oven 180 degrees for 15 mins
  2. Remove from the oven and remove skin
  3. Place whole peppers in a blender and add herbs & olive oil.
  4. Serve whilst warm or place in a sealed container in the fridge.

This is excellent as a quick soup or drip at you Christmas Parties!
