- 4 Red Peppers
- 2 tblsps Olive oil
- Place whole peppers in to an oven 180 degrees for 15 mins
- Remove from the oven and remove skin
- Place whole peppers in a blender and add herbs & olive oil.
- Serve whilst warm or place in a sealed container in the fridge.
This is excellent as a quick soup or drip at you Christmas Parties!
