Leftover Pie


  • Left Over uncooked Vegetables
  • Strips of shortcrust pastry
  • Milk


  1. Add the left over uncooked vegetables in to a loaf tin
  2. Pour Gravy over the vegetables
  3. Place over strips of shortcrust pastry in a Lattice pattern.
  4. Brush over pastry with milk
  5. Place in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 mins

Why do we create so much waste? We made this pie with leftover ingredients from all the festive meals we have been cooking, it was easy to make and we popped it in the fridge for the next day.
