Chicken & Avocado Burger

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breasts
  • Beef Tomato
  • Avocado
  • Sour Cream
  • Piri Piri Spice
  • Olive oil

Method

  1. Slice your Beef Tomato and Avocado
  2. Place your chicken breast in a griddle pan with olive oil
  3. Sprinkle with Piri Piri Spice and cook for 10 mins
  4. Load up your bun and add the sour cream

Start your New Year off with this healthy Chicken & Avocado Burger. We used an amazing cheese and herb topped focaccia bun, It is one of the best burgers I have every eaten!
